We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Main Function: Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, including and not limited to:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects provided in the lead database and follow up as necessary.
- Present our various training programs to potential customers over the phone, providing comprehensive information about our services.
- Follow up and respond to messages and comments from clients across different platforms.
- Manage the client registration process, including sending reminders, providing necessary information, and handling any required tasks.
- Oversee all logistics and processes related to training programs.
- Perform administrative tasks such as sending training proposals, links, and materials.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Present products to prospective clients.
- Secure deals with various vendors.
- Conduct quarterly market research.
- Handling client communication including emails , social media posts
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Requirements
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Work Arrangement: 80% Remote and 20% In-Person for required tasks
